the acquisition of GMD Environmental Technologies, Inc. GMD designs, manufactures and markets
equipment for industrial clients with an emphasis on Air Pollution Control utilizing GMD's Fabric Filter
Pollution Control System Equipment, on GMD’s Totally Enclosed Treatment Systems (TETS™)
equipment for treatment of heavy metals, acid gas and dioxins, and, on Foundry Sand Reclamation
(recycling) which utilizes the GMD Thermo-Scrubber Thermal Sand Reclamation Equipment, GMD PNU
Scurbber Equipment and related Components. GMD operates throughout North America providing these
