GMD's Totally Enclosed Treatment System (TETS^TM) uses absorbents to absorb dioxins and or furans before they exit the Baghouse. The proprietary GMD Powder Inductor Nozzle (PIN^TM) evenly distributes the absorbing powder into the off-gas stream, assuring efficient, thorough, consistent and contact with those constituents needing to be absorbed.

The dry absorbent serves a dual purpose. In addition to absorbing the Dioxins and Furans, dry powder provides a protective coating on the filter bag which assists in the removal of submicron fume from the gas stream. The dust cake generated enhances filtering efficiency and is a better releasing dust cake during the cleaning cycle.
