The GMD VOC Totally Enclosed Treatment System
(TETS™) is a unique method of dry powder injection
designed for the express purpose of absorbing VOC's from exhausts of industrial
processes. GMD's TETS™ is designed specifically
for each application. This point of injection is located in the main duct
of the environmental control system, up stream from the fabric filter (reverse
pulse-type cloth filter baghouse).

The dry absorbent serves a dual purpose. In addition to absorbing
the Dioxins and Furans, dry powder provides a protective coating on the
filter bag which assists in the removal of submicron fume from the gas stream.
The dust cake generated enhances filtering efficiency and is a better releasing
dust cake during the cleaning cycle.
